The product challenge is to make that complexity manageable for staff, while giving customers and employers clear ways to manage their part of the process.

Our work spans the public website and the software behind the service. We support the marketing experience that helps people explore novated leasing, and developed a connected platform around the needs of the team running the business. Dedicated staff, customer and employer experiences share a common foundation, with each focused on the tasks its users need to complete.

Keeping the front door working

We help maintain the marketing website, supporting the public journey through vehicle discovery, leasing information, the calculator and quote enquiries. This complements the operational platform behind the customer experience.

From quote to ongoing lease

The Beast brings quoting and costings together with applications, customer and employer records, vehicle procurement and lease management. Staff can work across the lifecycle of a lease within a purpose-built operational environment.

Finance as part of the workflow

Invoice management, transactions and reporting sit alongside the operational tools. These capabilities connect the administration of a lease with the financial work needed to support it throughout its life.

A portal for lease holders

Customers have a dedicated place to view their leases, access documents, review transactions and submit reimbursement claims. The portal gives routine tasks a clear destination alongside access to support.

Tools for employers

The employer portal brings employee leases, organisation management, invoices and reports into one experience. Payroll exports help employers handle the recurring administration that comes with offering novated leasing.

A shared foundation for a connected service

Shared interface components and business logic support consistency across the applications. Calculator tooling, document generation and communications are part of the wider platform, connecting individual tasks into a coherent service.
