View project Sparrow was built around a familiar frustration: organising frequent travel takes too much time. As founder, Adrian designed and developed a mobile experience for booking flights and accommodation, with a travel assistant a chat message away.
The challenge
Make regular travel less of an administrative task. Booking is only part of the experience; itinerary changes and questions need attention, too.
The approach
Sparrow brought booking and assistance together. Adrian’s role covered the product experience, UX design, backend, and app development, connecting the idea to the working product.
